1. Shipping Coverage
Ballowal Furnishings currently offers free shipping across the Greater Vancouver area, including Delta, Surrey, Richmond, Burnaby, and surrounding regions. If you are outside this area, please contact us to discuss possible shipping arrangements.

2. Delivery Timeframes
We strive to deliver your furniture within 3 to 10 business days from the date of purchase. Custom or special-order items may take longer, and we will provide an estimated delivery timeline at the time of purchase.

3. Delivery Charges

  • Free Delivery & Setup: We offer complimentary delivery and setup on eligible orders within our service areas.
  • Orders outside our primary delivery regions may be subject to additional delivery charges, which will be communicated prior to order confirmation.

4. Delivery Process

  • Our team will coordinate a delivery date and time that works best for you.
  • Customers must ensure clear access to the delivery location.
  • A responsible individual must be present at the time of delivery to inspect and accept the furniture.

5. Assembly & Setup

  • Our delivery team will set up the furniture in your desired location at no additional cost.
  • For complex assembly, please inform us in advance so we can allocate sufficient time and resources.

6. Order Tracking & Updates
Customers will receive order status updates via phone or email. If you have any questions about your delivery status, feel free to contact us.

7. Failed Deliveries & Reattempts

  • If a scheduled delivery cannot be completed due to customer unavailability or inaccessible premises, a re-delivery fee may apply.
  • To reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.

8. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us within 3 days of delivery.
  • We will assess the issue and arrange for a replacement, or repair as necessary.

9. Cancellations & Modifications

  • Orders can be modified or cancelled before dispatch. Once an item has been shipped, cancellation may not be possible, and return policies will apply.
  • Custom or special-order items are non-cancelable and non-refundable after ordering.
